I am a mental health advocate and multi entrepreneur, having delivered 1,000+ mental health seminars around the globe, including two TED talks. 

Creative at heart, I am also an actor with several film and TV credits to my names, including a two-year role on the well-loved Australian soap, Neighbours. Acting, along with exercise and meditation, are my foundation's for vibrant mental health. 

I have combined my professional life with my personal development to create a highly accessible system that I help others apply to their own experiences.
